APPLICATION / FEATURES :
1. FOSO® 4″Octagon Flat blank cover is used to close a 4″ octagon box when no additional devices are required. The octagon box cover provides a quick way to cover or terminate exposed electrical wires.
2. FOSO® 4″Octagon cover plate is UL listed. This steel electrical box cover is fabricated according to Standard for Safety for Metallic Outlet Boxes UL 514A and CSA C22.2 NO.18.1-13.
3. Cover corners are rounded,All covers have captive screws.
