APPLICATION / FEATURES :
1. FOSO® D Lashing Clamp secures lashing wire terminations in aerial messenger applications, Industry slang is Bug Nut.
2. Perfect for temporary and permanent terminations or grounds, this all steel clamp lets you securely attach two lashing wires or #6 ground wire on any size strand from 1/4 to 7/16 in. (6-11mm) diameter.
3. Two grooved plates fit on opposite sides of the strand Plates secured by a threaded stud with a flanged shoulder and washer to block slippage, and two hexagonal nuts: one on the long end of the stud to tighten the clamp, one on the other end to terminate the wire against the two washers.
4.Terminal ends of stud are staked to prevent disassembly during shipping and installation.
5.Attaches to strand ranging in size from 1/4″to 7/16″.
6.All components of FOSO® D Cable Lashing Clamps are mechanically galvanized to meet ASTM Specification B695.
