APPLICATION / FEATURES :
1. FOSO® Square Plate Washers are made from low carbon steel and have a larger surface area than round washers.
2. FOSO® Square plate washers should be placed between the surface and nut on threaded fastening assembly, the wider shape of the square washers aid in distribution of load on the fixing point.
3. Used under the heads of bolts, nuts, and other threaded products to provide a broader bearing surface and increase the compression grip of the tightened nut.
4. FOSO® Galvanized steel washers are used in overhead line construction as well as for general use. Washers are used to distribute the load of a threaded fastener and prevent damage to the surface being fixed.
5. Hot dip galvanized to meet ASTM Specification A153.
6. In addition to flat plate washers, we also offer curved plate washers which work well with round piling.
